Derailer/Motor making strange noises/clicks.

Hi, I've had my Rad Runner about 3 years with flawless performance in every kind of environment. Just recently it started making strange noises/clicking sounds. I can feel the derailer moving. It is happening when I'm coasting. It seems ok as long as I'm peddling but as soon as I stop it starts doing it again. Is something broken in the clutch mechanism. I don't know. Any help appreciated.

sounds like you have a build up of dirt on the chain, derailer, and cogs. 
needs a good cleaning.  there are videos on youtube on how to do it.

Agree inoxa, Also check the stretch of the chain, At 220 lbs. I wore out a chain in less than 3000 miles.
